Hand wash in cold water. Wash inside out. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

We try to work fast so we can get your order out! 

That means all orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after that, or on weekends will be shipped the next day. 

Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number within 24 hours via the email you used at checkout. 

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duty, and custom fees at checkout – these fees are non-refundable, unless item is faulty and returned within 30 days. 

All shipments have the courier options of Evri or DHL - each courier will suggest their delivery times.

Whether you’re exchanging sizes, having a change of heart or think our products are terrible (as if…) and you want a refund; I have just a few healthy boundaries (make sure you have some too):

The order must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items received after than will not be accepted – unless we’ve spoken about it and agreed otherwise.
