Shipping Policy

Good news! Our brand has a message for the world, so we ship worldwide!

We try to work fast so we can get your order out! 

That means all orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after that, or on weekends will be shipped the next day. 

Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number within 24 hours via the email you used at checkout. 

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duty, and custom fees at checkout – these fees are non-refundable, unless item is faulty and returned within 30 days. 

All shipments have the courier options of Evri or DHL - each courier will suggest their delivery times.

In some cases, larger orders may be shipped separately to ensure quicker delivery of goods – each shipment will come with its own tracking number that’ll be emailed to you. 

Unfortunately, TOD does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders in the UK can take up to 3 business days.

All shipments within Europe will take between 3-6 business days.

Upon dispatch, we ask that you use the tracking number emailed to you to track your package. We stress that you ensure you have the address entered correctly at checkout. The address cannot be changed once checkout is complete and orders delivered to the address provided are considered successfully completed. Once the order leaves our hands, we do not control the packages’ location. We also ask that you please contact the courier directly for any address changes or queries on your package. 

Your courier will email/text live updates for you to stay informed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping is available through our trusted courier DHL, serving over 220 countries. 

Deliveries for most countries take up to 10 business days. The fees are determined at checkout.

STOLEN/LOST

TOD cannot be held accountable for misplaced or stolen packages.

In the event your order is lost and a claim needs to be made, each courier has their own process – refer to their webpage for more information. Most live chat agents are the quickest way to communicate to the couriers, so we strongly suggest you try that. We know things can go wrong so we’ll do our best to help where possible with the couriers and will assist you with completing the claims process if needed; claims generally take up to 30 days to complete. 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Orders delivered to the address provided are considered successfully completed. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that our carriers confirm as delivered. We cannot be held accountable for misplaced or stolen packages.

We know things can go wrong so we’ll do our best to help where possible with the couriers and will assist you with completing the claims process if needed; claims generally take up to 30 days to complete and the forms are quite simple to complete.
