Return Policy

Before you ask, let me tell you… (Communication is key right?)

Whether you’re exchanging sizes, having a change of heart or think our products are terrible (as if…) and you want a refund; I have just a few healthy boundaries (make sure you have some too):

  • The order must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items received after than will not be accepted – unless we’ve spoken about it and agreed otherwise.  

  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

  • Each item must be returned in its original condition with all tags & packaging. Please ensure not to damage the packaging while opening or your refund cannot be accepted. We want to sell it at the same quality we gave it to you and still give you your return. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Each package should have a return label with it.

  • Although we aim for a high standard & quality control is important to us; stuff happens, we’re human, perfection doesn’t exist and we’re not ready for AI & robots to completely takeover (no, seriously! humans are the best employees). We acknowledge that sometimes stuff happens during production & it might just slip across our eyes. FAULTY items will be fully refundable upon return. Please email info@topicofdiscussion.co.uk as soon as you receive item with your order number and pictures showing fault issue, so that we can prioritize your issue. (We want to handle that immediately!)

  • Once item is inspected - excluding any shipping fees - a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment or Gift Card. Depending on your bank it can take 3-5 business days to reach your UK account. International payments may take longer, on average 10 business days. You will receive an email once the refund is made on our end. Please check your bank thereafter. Unfortunately, each country is different; once we send the funds back it must go through a process and is no longer in our control (baffling with technology this hasn’t changed). Gift Cards are received through email immediately, once inspection is complete.  

  • If you wish to exchange sizes you will have to reorder the item. Don’t worry, your refund is on the way! If this is you, it’s best to get a gift card – its quicker! & let’s be honest, when you want what you want, patience doesn’t exist!

  • FOR RETURNS BY GIFT CARDS please email info@topicofdiscussion.co.uk with Subject Name “Refund – Gift card” and send us your order number, reason for return and return shipping tracking number. That way we can track it and ensure a quicker return process.

  • Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout. Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully completed. We cannot be held accountable for misplaced or stolen packages. However, we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
